The Mission of the Syriac Universal Alliance

 

Mission Statement

"The Syriac Universal Alliance is dedicated to answer the call to protect and secure the rights, liberty and equality of the Aramean people, safeguard and promote the cultural heritage of its ancestors, ensuring justice, and uniting all its people as a self‐determined and internationally recognized Aramean nation."

Endorsement Syriac Orthodox Patriarch

In response to the SUA Mission, H.H. the Syriac Orthodox Patriarch of Antioch and All the East, Zakay I Iwas, stated in August 2009 in Damascus (see minute 3.14 of this video):

"We are most willing to cooperate with and ready to support the Syriac Universal Alliance with all we can. For we are proud of this organization, its name and work."
